PSYCHOTHERAPY PRACTICE – Covid-19 precautions
When attending the practice in person you should be aware of the following:
You need to have received 2 doses of vaccine and be 3 weeks post the 2nd injection.
You should follow all government guidelines regarding limiting your own and other’s exposure to Coronavirus.
Please do not, under any circumstances, attend in person if you have any of the recognised symptoms of Covid or feel unwell in any other way.
Please do not attend the practice for 14 days if you have been exposed to contact with somebody who has tested positive, this includes any track and trace alert for you or a member of your household.
Please do not attend if you have travelled outside the UK in the past 14 days.
If you have to isolate at home, you can discuss alternative arrangements with your therapist.
Efforts have been made to create a safer clinical environment, however, by attending, you are consenting to treatment in the light of the known risks.
On attendance:
We ask that you arrive at the start time of your session. A window in the consulting room will be open at all times to allow for air circulation.
The practice will be cleaned regularly, and we are also using surgical lamps to sterilise the area.
Please wash your hands before entering the consulting room with the antibacterial soap provided. Disposable paper towels are provided for drying.
Antibacterial spray and wipes have also been provided for handles and taps.

Travel
The nearest train stations are:
Clock House which can be accessed from London Bridge/Waterloo/Blackfriars/Charing Cross
Kent House, and Beckenham Junction from Victoria.
There is free parking in the roads near the practice, apart from between 10-12 each day. There are parking bays available for a small payment.
There are several bus routes locally, 227,194, 358, 354, 54, and also the Overground train network runs to and from North/East London, from Penge West, which is a short bus ride away.
Waiting and consulting room
The waiting & consulting room are down the passage on the right-hand side of the house. They are all on the ground floor, with a small step up to access all rooms.
The waiting room (with toilet) is the second door on the left down the side of the main building marked with number '1'. Please ring the bell and you will be buzzed in. N.B. This is a shared waiting room and you might encounter other people waiting to be seen. It is preferable to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session.
